Cultural Christianity has all but left many European countries. However, despite the empty churches that litter the european landscape the Church is far from empty.

With American society following Europe’s rejection of cultural Christianity, what can we learn from our brothers and sisters overseas who live as Christ followers in cultures that are growing more and more antagonistic towards their faith?

“Empty Churches” examines why cultural Christianity has declined in Europe, how it is currently declining in the U.S., and what evangelical churches in America can learn from both the church in Europe and scripture about moving forward to see Jesus’ name glorified.
